  2. 6 medium red potatoes
  3. 4 garlic cloves, halved and thinly sliced
  4. 3 Tbsp. Bertoli extra virgin olive oil
  5. 1 lemon, juiced
  6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as dill, basil and parsley
  7. Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
