  2. 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  3. 3 Tbsp. olive oil, plus some for the grill
  4. 20 thin slices of baguette cut at a 45-degree angle (see Note)
  5. 175 grams Gorgonzola cheese, cut into 20 thin slices
  6. Freshly ground black pepper and balsamic vinegar to taste
  7. Small rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
