Ingredients

  2. 3 lamb sirloin or leg steaks (about 350 grams)
  3. 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 680 grams)
  4. 8 cups no salt or low sodium chicken stock
  5. 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  6. 1 medium celery rib, diced
  7. 1 medium carrot, diced
  8. 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  9. 1 (14 oz/398 mL) can sliced okra (do not drain)
  10. 1 (19 oz/540 mL) can white kidney beans, drained, rinsed and drained again
  11. 1 (14 oz/398 mL) can diced tomatoes
  12. 1 cup frozen corn
  13. 1/4 cup cooking molasses
  14. 1/4 cup ketchup
  15. 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  1. 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  2. 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  3. 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
