  2. 1/2, 454 gram pkg. medium firm tofu, cut into small cubes
  3. 6 small white or brown mushrooms, very thinly sliced
  4. 3 Tbsp. shiro miso (adjust to taste)
  5. 2 green onions, very finely chopped
