Ingredients

  1. 4 slices bacon, chopped
  2. 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  3. 1 ½ lbs (675 g) ground pork
  4. 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  5. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chili powder
  7. 1 tablespoon (15 ml) paprika
  8. 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cumin
  9. 2 ½ cups (625 ml) chicken broth
  10. 1 can 19 oz (540 ml) white beans, rinsed and drained
  11. 2 tablespoons (30 ml) prepared yellow mustard
  12. 2 tablespoons (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
  13. 1 tablespoon (15 ml) brown sugar
  14. Salt and pepper
