Divide and spread the cream cheese on one side of each tortilla (try to completely cover it). Lay two slices of beef down the centre of each tortilla. Top the centre of the beef with a row of avocado wedges. Top the avocado with a row of the salsa. Sprinkle each tortilla with green onion. Roll each tortilla into a tight cylinder.
Individually wrap, refrigerate and chill for 30 minutes. Slice the tortilla rolls into rounds, arrange on a tray and serve.
