  3. 1/4 cup raw, shelled, unsalted pistachios

  5. 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
  6. Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
  7. 1/4 cup white wine
  8. 1 1/2 cups chicken stock mixed with 2 Tbsp. flour
