Shrimp and Artichoke Bruschetta

Ingredients

  1. For the bread and garnish:
  2. 1 baguette, cut into 24 rounds
  3. 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 14 oz. tin artichoke hearts, drained well, and cut into wedges
  6. 24 basil leaves or parsley sprigs
  7. For topping combine:
  8. 300g hand-peeled shrimp
  9. 1 crushed garlic clove
  10. 2 green onions, finely chopped
  11. 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  12. Salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
