  5. 1 tsp. dried thyme
  6. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  7. 2 ½ cups low sodium chicken stock
  8. ¼ cup flour
  9. 1/3 cup light cream
  10. ½ cup frozen peas
  11. Salt and white pepper to taste
