Brush steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry to desired doneness over medium-high heat. For medium rare, cook 4-5 minutes per side. Cook a few minutes shorter or longer if you like it less or more well done. While steaks cook, heat 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and vegetables and stir fry until just tender. Add teriyaki sauce and pepper to taste and cook 2 minutes more. Set steaks on dinner plates. Serve mushroom mixture alongside.
