  6. 4 cups finely shredded cabbage (about 1/2 small head)
  7. 1 cup coarsely grated carrot
  8. 1 cup coarsely grated yellow or green zucchini
  9. 6 radishes, halved and thinly sliced
  10. 1 small red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
  11. 3 to 4 green onions, thinly sliced
