  3. 1 large carrot, diced
  4. 2 medium celery ribs, diced
  5. 1 medium garlic clove, chopped
  6. 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  7. 2 3/4 cups turkey or chicken stock
  8. 2 cups cooked turkey, cut into 1/2" cubes
  9. Pinch of sage and thyme
  10. 1/3 cup frozen peas
  11. 1/3 cup frozen corn
  12. Salt and pepper to taste
