Combine all ingredients, except pork and salt, in a sided dish. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover, refrigerate and marinate for 1 hour.
Let the pork warm at room temperature 20 minutes. Preheat your barbecue to medium heat. Brush the bars of the grill with oil. Season the pork with salt. Grill the pork, with the lid closed, 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until just cooked through. Rest the pork 5 minutes, and then slice and serve.
