Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and gently mix to combine. Moisten your hands with cold water. Roll the meat into 1" balls and set on the baking sheet. Roast 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Drain excess fat from the meatballs.
Place the remaining ingredients in a wide skillet and set over medium-high heat. When the mixture is boiling and well combined, add the meatballs. Cook and roll the meatballs in the glaze 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
Note: To toast the sesame seeds, place them in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook, swirling the pan from time to time, until lightly toasted.
