Place the salmon in a single layer in a sided dish. Combine remaining salmon ingredients in a bowl, and then pour over the salmon. Turn the salmon to coat on both sides with marinade. Marinate in the fridge 1 hour. Remove salmon from fridge. Preheat barbecue or indoor grill to medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade. Lightly oil the grill. Grill the salmon 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Serve each salmon steak with a generous spoonful of the salsa.
Note: Serve any leftover salsa the next day with taco chips (but ensure it didn’t come in contact with the raw salmon).
