Wash the wings in cold water, and then pat dry. Toss wings with oil and season with salt and pepper. In medium bowl, create a barbecue sauce by mixing together the remaining ingredients. Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Grill the wings, turning occasionally, until the skin begins to attain a nice grilled look, about 5 minutes. Turn the heat off on one side of the barbecue. Move the wings to that side. Close the lid and cook 10 minutes. Turn over, close the lid and cook 10 minutes more, or until cook through. Brush with sauce and allow it to heat through. Serve any leftover sauce for dipping the wings into.
