Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat. Place 4, 12 x 12-inch sheets of foil on a work surface. Top those 4 sheets each with another sheet to create a double layer of foil. Divide and arrange the clams in the centre of the sheets. Pull up the edges of the foil so when you add the liquid it won’t drain out. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Divide and spoon over clams. Seal the clams inside the foil. Place the packages on the barbecue, close the lid, and cook 5 minutes, or until the clams just open. (Peek inside the foil to see how they are doing, be careful of the hot steam).
