Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Brush roast with 1 Tbsp. of the sesame oil. Sprinkle and rub on the five-spice powder. Roast 60 minutes, and then brush with a 1/4 cup of the hoisin sauce; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. of the sesame seeds. Roast 20-30 minutes more, or until pork reaches an internal temperature 160¡ãF. Rest the pork 10-15 minutes before thinly slicing. While this occurs, combine the remaining hoisin sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds with the soy sauce. Serve sauce alongside slices of pork for dipping.
