Why it’s great: Its tremendous value and almost endless range of cooking options
make top sirloin a great everyday steak and perfect for feeding a crowd.
How to serve: Like our other top cuts, top sirloin can be prepared with quick cooking
methods, such as grilling, pan searing and broiling.
To enhance taste and tenderness, you could also marinate it before cooking. Mix one
part acid (vinegar, lemon juice, etc.) for tenderizing and one part oil (olive, canola) to
balance taste, and your choice of flavours (herbs, garlic, shallots, etc.). Marinate at
least 1 hour, and as long as 24.
