S&G Farms

Meet Inderjit and Harvinder Sandhu, the husband and wife duo and owners of S&G Farms in Oliver. They have been our friends and trusted partner since 2012.

• Inderjit and Harvinder moved to Oliver from India in 1992. They worked for Lual Orchards, another trusted Thrifty Foods partner.

• In 1997, Inderjit and Harvinder started farming corn, sweet onions, tomatoes and cabbage.

• They got their start by selling produce in small farmers markets around BC. Now they receive orders and sell direct to warehouses.

• They have 2 children completing business degrees in Toronto at Waterloo and York University. They help out in the summer and Harvinder and Inderjit hope they will take over the business one day!

• As for their favourite veggies, Harvinder loves green peppers and Inderjit enjoys tomatoes raw or cooked!
