To make cauliflower rice flavoured
Mexican-style, cook as previously noted,
and add chopped garlic, cumin and chili
powder, to taste. When cooked, mix in such
things as diced and sautéed onion, red bell
pepper and jalapeño peppers, lime juice
and chopped cilantro, again adding them
to taste. Serve alongside Mexican-style
entrees, grilled or baked chicken, pork
chops and ribs, and fish dishes.
