Preheat oven to 200˚F. In a deep skillet set over medium-high, heat 2” of vegetable oil to 375ºF. Adjust heat to maintain temperature. Fry falafel in batches of 5 or 6 for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until golden and cooked. Drain on paper towel and keep warm in oven until all are fried. Serve on warm pita, with tahini or hummus, tzatziki, chopped tomatoes, onion and green bell pepper, and shredded lettuce.
