Lightly oil your grill. Set the cheese on the grill and
after 30 seconds give it a one-quarter turn (this will
give the cheese a nice crosshatch pattern on top).
Cook the cheese 30 to 90 seconds more then flip
over and grill 1 to 2 minutes on the other side. (The
longer it grills, the softer and more fluid the cheese
becomes in the middle).
