Take your frozen shrimp ring to the next level with these three simple entertaining tips!

Mini Shrimp Caesars

Dip rims of small, 2–3oz. glasses in water. Now coat each rim with celery salt or your favourite rim trim. Set 1 tsp. of cocktail sauce in each glass, followed by 2 ice cubes. Pour 1/2 oz. vodka into each glass, or to taste. Top up each glass with caesar mix. Garnish each drink with a lime slice, celery stalk and a shrimp.

Ice it with Marie Rose Sauce

Kick up the flavour of cocktail sauce by turning it into classic Marie Rose sauce. To make, mix 1/3 cup cocktail sauce with 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. chopped parsley and 1 tsp. minced capers. Transfer to a serving bowl and set that bowl in a larger bowl filled with crushed ice. Arrange the shrimp from a shrimp ring around the sauce. Garnish with lemon and parsley and serve.

Create a Dip Trio

Use the given cocktail sauce. Plus for additional sauces choose an Asian-style sauce, such as ponzu or teriyaki, and a flavoured mayo, such as Compliments Jalapeño Lime Mayo. Place dips in small bowls. Arrange shrimp on the platter with the three dips in the center. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
