To make four cheese-stuffed patties, you’ll need about 600 grams of ground meat, such as beef, lamb or turkey. Flavour as desired or as per the recipe you are using. Cut four pieces of cheese, approximately 1/2” thick, 3” long and 1-1/2” wide. Feta is shown here, however, cheddar, blue, Gouda or havarti could also be used.
