Important information before your Vaccination.

Appointments are required. Please wear a short sleeved shirt and your mask.

Additional health screening is required before receiving the vaccine. Please do not visit the store if you have COVID-19 symptoms, you have been advised to self-isolate, or you have had a positive COVID-19 test result in the past 14 days. We ask that you contact the pharmacy right away if you cannot keep your appointment and we will be pleased to rebook you.

British Columbia residents: a link to your consent form will be sent to you by text message from your pharmacy before your appointment.
