Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the halibut in a single layer in a non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking dish. Place the honey, lime juice, soy sauce, wasabi, ginger and garlic in a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour the mixture over the fish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until just cooked through. Divide the fillets among plates and spoon the pan juices over each. Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
Recipe Options: Make this recipe with another fish fillet, such as salmon, snapper or cod. For a sweeter taste, instead of lime juice, use orange juice in this recipe. If you like cilantro, instead of green onion, sprinkle the fish with 2 Tbsp. of it, chopped, just before serving.
