Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each tortilla. Make a row of salad greens down the centre of each tortilla. Top salad greens with the remaining ingredients.
Fold the sides of each tortilla partially over the filling and then roll into a tight cylinder. Wrap each wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve (can be made a few hours in advance of serving). When ready to serve, cut each in half widthwise and enjoy.
Recipe Options: Instead of ham, try another deli meat in these wraps, such as smoked turkey or chicken. Instead of grapes, try 1/2 cup of dried cranberries in these wraps. Instead of almonds, try another nut, such as pecan halves or unsalted roasted cashews.
