Meet Regan. Regan is the Volunteer Phoning Captain for the Mill Bay Thriftys’ Store and has been with Sendial since 2000. Born and raised in Regina, she moved to BC in the 1980’s after living in Edmonton. Regan is a devoted friend; a “people” person who enjoys interacting with others. She lives a short walk away from Thrifty’s; a key consideration when joining Sendial.

Regan enjoys both helping customers who can’t shop for themselves, by taking their grocery orders, and the Store staff, whom she considers very supportive and good to her. She values the phone friendships which she’s developed with customers and assisting several of them to not feel alone in the community. She thinks that the Campbells would be pleased that the Program which started with them in 1987 continues to flourish and still has some “family” camaraderie.
