- Preheat oven to 450˚F. On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange prawns, crab, scallops, salmon and lobster.
- In a small pot and set over medium heat combine wine (or broth), butter, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic. Heat until butter is melted. Spoon all over the seafood on the pan.
- Bake uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes, or until just cooked. Garnish with lemon slices, sprinkle with parsley, and dig in.
Recipe Options: In place of white wine, try sparkling wine in the butter mixture flavouring the seafood. Instead of sole, use two small halibut, cod or salmon fillets in this recipe. If you do, there will be no need to roll up these thicker fish fillets. Rather than king crab, use six to eight snow crab claws.
